SPI, a global provider of IT staffing and application management services, is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join an onsite staffing program in Flower Mound, TX.

Job Descriptions:

Accounts manager/recruiter will act as a dedicated Onsite Recruiter/Account Manager for a large IT company and the main point-of-contact for our client and temporary workforce. You will liaise between customers/Account and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions and staffing needs according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate would identify customer needs and exceed their expectations.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customer account management
  • Negotiate renewals and cross-sell contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Develop new business with new and existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
  • Effectively communicates and articulates SPI’s service offerings to SPI’s current and potential/future clients
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions staffing needs according to customer needs and objectives
  • Coordinate full life cycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate phone screens and in person interviews, resume submittals, reference checking and offer negations Attended Events and seminars to increase SPI’s visibility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business or related field, OR equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in Account Management and/or Technical recruiting experience
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work constructively in a fast-paced, collaborative, matrixed team environment
  • Strong work ethic and passion for excellence
